For the adult sites things like(bookmarking, blog commenting, classified posting) can't be done i think. we can exchange links, submit directories and the most important is Escort profile exchange(if it is escorts sites) , blog posting (there are many great blogs on adults sites with lots of visitors), Adult directory submission, Local directory submission are there.
